@spencerrayong First off I'm not claiming to be Orson Wells, and the video has been sped up for the effect of the video. Secondly you try hanging off the back of a Quad Bike and with a camera in your hand... it's not easy. Troll!

@joshomezza My girlfriends brother was 16 at the time and he was allowed to ride one himself... to be honest I don't think they follow too many rules. P.S Sorry for the 3 month wait in replying :-)
