The beef tenderloin with green pepper sauce is a refined dish, yet easy and quick to prepare... a true delight for meat-lovers!

***

Are you looking for a very quick, yet refined main course? The beef tenderloin with green pepper sauce is a classic recipe for meat-lovers, with a delicate and aromatic taste. Let's see together what we'll need:
• 4 beef tenderloins, 5-7 oz (150-200 g) each
• 2 tbsp of mustard
• 1 shot of brandy • 2/3 cup (150 ml) of heavy cream
• 2 tbsp of green pepper grains (in brine)
• 1 knob of butter
• salt
Let's make the tenderloin with green pepper sauce:
First of all, tie up the meat with kitchen string, here in the right half, to keep it in shape while cooking. Then crush the green pepper grains with a meat pounder, to release the flavor of pepper. Roll the tenderloins in pepper, to coat both sides... and now we're ready to put all the tenderloins in a frying pan with the knob of butter, which has melted. Cook the 4 tenderloins for a couple of minutes on each side. After that, place them on a plate and keep warm.
While keeping the meat warm... add the shot of brandy to the cooking sauce and let it evaporate; after that... add the mustard, the heavy cream, the remaining green pepper grains... and salt.
Once the sauce is ready, put all the 4 tenderloins in the pan... let them coat with the sauce and they're ready to be served.
As you can see, it's an easy, quick and sure-fire dish! From Sonia and Giallozafferano, bye bye and see you next videorecipe.
