@zhadlife i forgot what it cost but it is a dish for four. i find it funny how tony is all ga-ga over the bo-ssam served at momofuku, while he failed to cover it in his No Reservations show about korea. i guarantee you the bo-ssam you get in korea is 100 times better than that thing chang serves, it is one of the greatest things you could ever eat.
