It's the Divertimento in E-flat Major K 563....this is the Andante (theme and variations)....and yes , he is playing a viola.

Interesting interpretation. I feel that some passages deserve to be played softer and bar 200 (letter K) for 4 bars without running away.
Very nice viola sound.

also, is the personon the right playing the viola? hard to tell but I see it a bit broader than the violin. im one myself.
