they do get tasered before they can have one. its part of their training dorvelltsteward. and theyre also trained to pin the man down with their knees so they can have both hands availible.  how do they know if the man had a weapon on him.

The RCMP rep. said that it's "one persons perspective". That's obviously bull because it's on camera. How is it considered a perspective when it's video evidence? That instantly negates any objection because you can't enhance the truth. What was on the video tape is EXACTLY what happened. That Dale Carr guy is an idiot.

I think the airport personal are also to blame, they probly just ignored his mother cause she couldn't speak english very well, and by telling her he wasn't there. Wouldn't security also notice someone wandering around the bagage area for 10 hours? I hope the fucking police are ashamed.. because of bullshit like this by the cops I hate them just that much more.

It sounds like this guy died from the officer placing his knee in the guys neck and not from the Taser. It does not take very much force to crush the trachea. There are several departments that forbid officers to place any amount of pressure on someones neck because it can crush the trachea. This guy received two 5 second taser shocks.

I just don't understand why they had to taser him again after he was already on the ground...it's not like he was going to get up and attack.

I honestly think that person who asked just wanted to do it for fun. It's not a damn video game!
