  • Is SWCC training like SEAL training?

  • @Lootraevefan Yes and no. Swicks go through a similar pipeline, their training is mainly focused on operating the three types of crafts. Still, they are cross trained in CQB, small unit tactics and demo, MFF - just like the SEAL Teams. Its done in case a SEAL platon need more shooters, then boat guys step in and they need (and ARE) to be just as effective as Frogs are.

  • im trying out for SWCC, any good advice?

  • go to ShadowSpear, there are former Swicks who can help out.

But most importantly get in super shape and DON'T QUIT!

  • Whats ShadowSpear??

  • Have a look see and find out.

  • I'm going for swcc in about two years. I've started my training last year. I want to be ready when the time comes also I just got orders to a riverine squadron in little creek va. These orders should help me out alot by preparing me for it because riverines also work with small craft boats.

  • @kazaalow Go for it bro

  • im about to enlist anybody have any advise on training for swcc, anything to talk to the recruiters about, what to do and not to do? any advice is appriciated thanks

  • i wanna do this so bad, but idk if i should just drop everything and go for it.

  • How being a Logistics Specialists get attached to s swcc team ive meet LS's that worked supplying swcc teams.

  • We just called them 'boat crews' when I was in. They ain't SEALs, but still pretty damned tough. And they get their pix taken for the 'cruise book', unlike SEALs who were 'never onboard in the first place'. (wink-wink)

Whatever happened to the dark blue cigarette boats they used in the early 90's?

  • great video man I am planning on joining the navy in 6 or 7 months due to a GED in high school. . . I have been watching SWCC (Swick) videos for a month now and this is intense such an adrenaline rush. . . props

  • @Lootraevefan SWCC is to the Navy what Nightstalkers are to the Army.
