Yes, it's the Curse Ring. This accessory is a dream come true for the speedrun, not only does it inflict Death Sentence on Tifa, it also gives her +35 Str(!), +15 Dex and +10 Luck (all the other stats are also increased, but those 3 are the ones that count for the speedrun) ^^
