Buhat - Rudy Concepción and Rosario Moreno - Tunay na Ina (1939)

This is from one of only five Filipino films to survive World War II. The print is surprisingly good except for this famous Mike Velarde song, which is riddled with splices and therefore painful to watch.

When I attempted to restore it, I listened to its reprise later in the film and found that it was filmed to a nearly identical playback recording. So it was just a matter of using that to patch in the audio missing from this scene, and slowing the video to fill in the gaps.
