Thanks for posting Master Tsao.

This is great Qigong. I practice these every morning and as your sensitivity awakens you can feel them working.

I've heard two theories about this:

1) That the sound is working on the Qi meridians as they are opened by the movement and

2) That the sound works directly on the targeted organs.

Which do you think is correct?

I practiced chi gong breathing for the first time today just before a heavy session in my local gym, the diffrence I had with my power was quite emence, normally I lift the same as my friend, but today something changed I could feel a mad flow when doing the weights like I was Bruce Lee, RIP, but I didn't even feel tired like I normally do? My friend was confused lol but I ant telling him about my new power, cause he's got that typical dumb white ashole mentality., thank u si fu. Peace
