I can't seem to watch this any further than 2.41 can anyone suggest where I can get the rest of it, an extended more detailed verson or even the better instruction on the healing sounds?

Thanks for posting Master Tsao.
This is great Qigong. I practice these every morning and as your sensitivity awakens you can feel them working.
I've heard two theories about this:
1) That the sound is working on the Qi meridians as they are opened by the movement and
2) That the sound works directly on the targeted organs.
Which do you think is correct?
