such a lovable man, such a shame his influence died along with him. The man made true, beautiful music, and came from nothing. Him and so many other artists of the time shall never be forgotten for the influence they had on music as a whole, they revolutionized music period! Now when i wanna see the newest rise in music of black culture, what do i see? BITCH BITCH NIGGA NIGGA GANGSTA HOE YEEEEAAAAHHHH I GOTS MONEY N RIMZZZZ! Makes me utterly sick

I listen to Louis while at work with my co-workers. Louie was a very talented man. He is always smiling and having a good time doing what he did best.

@generosos87 i recomend you to look deepeer into Hip Hop than watching current MTV. as a matter of fact Hip Hop and jazz are very very similar! look up KRS-one, lord finesse, a tribe called quest or mos def. or as in a tribe called ques lyric"you cold find the abstract (the MC's called abstrract" listening to Hip Hop / my pops used to say it reminded him of bebop / I said daddy don't you know that things go in cycles..."

@electricguitarss Satchmo, was one of many talented Jazz musicians - along with other performers such as Coleman Hawkins, Mary Osborne , Hank D'amico , Alec Templeton and many other equally talented musicians.
