  • This was our first attempt on an ab workout an we have learned a lot from it.

    Did you try the workout?

    Our workouts have progressed since then. Since you don't like it do you have exercises that will make it harder. Any one can say something negative that is easy.

  • @londonchico45 those are actually some pretty decent/ effective workouts he showed.

  • remember to keep the slow moving workouts low on reps. quick lifts can be high repped

  • Nice workout! Guy might need to lower the kettlebell weight a bit, other than that i like it!!

  • Which ones where pointless because clearly if you have ever used a TRX or a Kettlebell for core work you would see they are not pointless. What is your idea of a good core workout then?

  • This was a great core workout, the dual trx pikes where awesome!
