"Coffee Cat"
In places that these creatures inhabit, people spend days wading through the forest to look for dirt. They pick up animal droppings and place them in a bag like a prize, and for good reason. These droppings carry valued coffee beans said to be the best of all. And not only does the coffee taste good, it is also the most expensive kind in the world. This "golden cup" comes from a cat - the civet.
The civet's special brand of coffee is only one of the benefits harvested from the wild. But perhaps because of their usefulness, Doc Ferds and the team discover traps being set in the forest to capture the civets. If they do not end up on someone's plate, they are sold and kept in captivity for their precious coffee. But how does one balance livelihood and the need to protect the wildlife?
