  • I added these lots to my exercise regimen ever since I read your blog and how crucial it is to perform the back extensions. I'm working up to 50 reps in one sitting. And I always do them in slow and in control. No hyper-extending. But I never have put my hands in exactly the way you shown. Although I always, (instinctively I guess) have put my hands in front of my body, resting on my chest. Thanks for the video! :)
