This is a cursory glance at my feelings about work, the workers movement, and our inculcation of the institutions that control us. This is by no means an in depth study. In future videos, I will be examining various aspects of this idea.
1.) Work is Domestication
2.) Work before Capitalism (still enslavement)
3) Left/Right Paradigm: A Civilized trap.
4) Leftism, Colonialism's saving grace.
5) Ex-worker's. future primitives.

These are all rough ideas that I may be following up with quickly or not.

  • I would be so happy to give up work if it did not mean becoming a parasite upon someone else, or upon society. There is no warrior's honor in being the recipient of charity. Thoreau has some great things to say about this in us Walden. He does not say, I OWE, I OWE, SP OFF TO WORK I GO

  • @Spanglefeather

One: Thoreau, as much as I enjoy his writing, has his mother doing his laundry at Walden Pond. Two, As a worker you are a parasite upon the planet and the people and non people of the planet. Three, learn to expropriate. Fight back now, do not prepare for the "revolution" cause it will never come.

  • Work for self is one thing . Working for any heartless beauracracy whether it is a Big Corporation or Big Government is wasting your energy for someone else .

  • I enjoyed this video.

  • do you define working for yourself, working pre and post civ, as somthing else? i think there is somthing to be said about sence of accomplishment. i think that is engrained into us, but i think a degree of that is healthy and even nessesary for survival, and could be defined as somthing else, so as to make a critique of capitalist exploitation distinct from our needs and desires as humans. this is ry, by the way. cheers
