Three compilations of video at three different locations between Sylfaen and Welshpool, featuring the line's original 1902 built locos The Earl (black) and The Countess (green).

Location one is near Sylfaen Halt and shows The Earl approaching the halt on relatively easy gradients and then opening up to climb the 1:33 towards the line's summit and Welshpool.

The second series of shots shows both locos climbing from Welshpool Raven Square Station to New Drive crossing and a little beyond.

The final location is at Cwm Lane/Golfa Halt, it opens with The Earl approaching and passing through the halt and crossing, and closes with The Countess pausing at the halt and making a very noisy departure towards the summit.
