ps her family treats her like shit, no wonder she's eating. OA is only going to patch one issue.

Those folks are actually kinda skinny for a video about overeating. I was thinking about OA, I admit it's not that much of a problem, like I don't heavily binge, but I munch alot of small things.

Work the steps and enjoy the support group and weight loss is a wonderful side effect.

I love OA I've don't videos too. thanks for the video!!

If a cashier ever eyed me the way that jerk eyeballed her, i would give them the middle finger!

OA saved my life and continues to do so, I am seventeen and joined OA 7 months ago. I have lost some weight but the people there are amazing. I could care less about weightloss, because now it's all about being able to love myself and loving others, OA is completely judge free, and I never thought I could love a program so much.
I'm Amy and I'm a compalsive over eater, and I am happy to be in the program.

Her husband's an unsupportive dick. I hope she got fit and gorgeous and left him.
Ugh! That look on her face when she's paying for her food...man! I know how that feels...you just assume they know that you are going to binge on all of that food right when you leave the store!

Making someone feel guilty for eating doesnt make them stop eating, it makes them eat more cus they feel bad. Supporting them and not having bad foods around them is helping them. Her husband is a asshole.
