Indonesian Food Recipe

Bumbu ikan ini bisa juga digunakan untuk goreng tempe :)

Use vegetable or peanut oil for best result, skin should be crispy but moist inside.
To achieve this result fry the fish in medium high heat.

    But if you cant find whole fish, those fillets are very good as well.

  • jeng, thanks ya ilmu membalik ikan pakai 2 siamsi,

    selama ini sy kalau menggoreng ikan pakai penjepit,kadang suka hancur,

    pakai siamsi begitu dibalik minyaknya muncrat kemana mana,

    ternyata harus 2 siamsi ya ,thanks ilmunya.
