Thanks for sharing this and thanks one-hundred times more. I am seeing this all the way from Medellin, Colombia, where, to my knowledge, no mindfulness teachers are readily available. Attracted to mindfulness after an episode of panic attacks. After 4 months of practice (and no medicine whatsoever), panic has subsided 90%... Steph's sharing of her own pain helped make mine smaller... Thanks Shizen for making the path I can tell you so much sweated shorter for all of us!!!
Used this meditation again this morning. Amazing how everything is covered in terms of my own experience. I tailored a little by adding my "continuous visual flow" to the pot...it was very nice. And you have guided me in something like that this :-)
I just joined "Steph and Shinzen" in this guided meditation. So people don't think I am a whizz kid or something with this, there were many similarities in this guidance to how Steph worked with me in our last week's session.
I also realized that if you don't practice this way, it would be possible to really grok what is happening, however, Steph's face might point to the results".
I would love to see other comments by folks who practice with Shinzen and Steph and other mindfulness teachers.
