Yo los he usado dobles por mas de 15 años, honestamente se logra un look mucho mas natural, aunque debes de traerlos por menos horas.... Hasta ahora me he checado con el oftalmólogo y estoy bien de mis ojos, pero debes de tener muchísimo cuidado e higiene si los usas dobles
