My bad neighbor

I'm not Mr Anal expecting everyone to have golf course lawns, I sure don't. But I do try to keep my world from impacting others.
I don't know who this guy thought was going to take care of things when he bought the house.

@TheTexasDevil If I was a control freak I would've told the power company to mow down the easement and I'd be over there right now poisoning his trees so they die before they cost me any more money.

The guy's a lazy drunken bum stuck in renter mentality. I don't care if he wants to rent and be a bum his whole life as long as there's somebody taking responsibility known as a landlord.

Maybe the guy just doesn't know how to deal with things there?? Have you talked to him about your concerns? Maybe he doesn't realize the impact that his crap his having on your property? Just some of my worthless thoughts. I always hate to think a person is deliberately being a bad neighbor...:-)

@GreatGig1 I only share about 20' of fence so rarely see him. A neighbor with a better view to catch him has and it never sinks in. If he was telling the truth the guy's response to, "You're a homeowner now, you have to mow your yard." would probably get me feuding.

I don't think it's deliberate, I think it's laziness mixed with ignorance and alcohol.

@BlueFlamingoVlogs I've never really met this guy. I just know he's a lazy lump without a lick of sense. I guess ownership hasn't sunk in after all these years and he still thinks like a renter.

The power company trims but the really bad looking cedar is their work. I have no idea why they don't remove the weed trees at the base.

I take it you don't care for your neighbor. Won't the city come and trim the trees before they grow into the power lines? They do around here.
