The Sims 3 L-shaped stairs

I tried to make a house with L-shaped stairs, it wasn't as easy as it looked but here is a video of how I did it.
I know the video ain't perfect, but it shows the concept.

I forgot to show the part at the end where you turn off the cheat again "constrainfloorelevation true" and then remove the 1x1 foundation and wall you made outside the house, and then level the land.

The walls near the stairs get an odd shape for some reason, don't know why. They are there alright and can be painted, just looks a bit weird, but the stairs work 100%

For some reason when I try to re-level everything after I've places my stairs, the landing floor tile (where the stair bends) gets raised as well to the full height. :s
