I bought the CD "Banquet of Boxes" on its release - a brilliant CD for melodeon lovers! One track became a passion immediately - which includes this particular tune. On the CD it's played by Saul Rose, and I've used that recording as heavy inspiration for this version.

  • this is a good morris tune when played slowly as you do. If you ever get a chance to hear the brilliant Tony Hall one of the UK's best melodeon players, play this tune in waltz time then this tune becomes something far beyond its morris beginings.

  • Lovely!!
