Also, Business owners are very productive to this economy and the government wants to bite the hand that feeds them the most.. Not right at all. I am not rich nor have I ever been. But I do not have hate for Rich people for my own failures and I don't think it's right.. I pray one day my turn comes so me and my kids are comfortable and I don't want the govmnt to take from me.. We are Americans with a dream and we don't need the gov. to take the fruits of our own labor.

Yea ok let's just say the prez didn't misquote Romney's response and that is true::: A person making 50,000 a yr. has a mortgage and allowable deductions so by the time the allowable deductions take place that person is actually taxed on like $12,000 and is in the 25% tax rate that's 3,000 and most of that is already paid from his weekly deductions or 1040es quarterly payments. And Romney's 14% on let's say 2 million dollar profits is $280,000 that's not chump change...

Ok that's a whole other argument that I would love to partake in, what I'm saying though Shirley is that Obama (and others) for political purposes mis-quote the actual statement.

However, in the REAL world, no corporations ever pay anything near that rate, and many huge corporations have paid ZERO tax for multiple years.

That's not what Romney said... He said that's in addition to the corporate rates that are upwards of 35%
