@Dencyftw you can also use those packets of true lemon,true lime,true orange. You can use just about any kind flavor. When I first found out about this harmful chemical I was amazed that companies can use this stuff legally. But people still sell cigarettes so just because its out there it does not mean its good.

@Dencyftw I know getting that stuff out of me did save my life. Between phosphoric acid and aspartame,this stuff has ties to fibromyalgia and ms. Thankfully getting this stuff out of your system allows your body to heal.

Can you make this without the Stevia and instead use sugar?

I really do not know,although because of the texture of the sugar you may want to try honey instead. (healthier and easier to mix)
