Heroes Effects Tests

A few effects tests I created based on NBC's Heroes using Adobe After Effects 7.0. Some you've seen done a million times, others you havent. Here's a summary of the effects:

1) Teleportation/Stop Time - Very basic effect. Anyone can do it, so I decided to have my cat act again since you don't usually see a teleporting cat.
2) Phasing - I've seen a lot of attempts at this so I figured I'd try it myself. Very time consuming...
3) Multiple Personalities - Basically just cloning, but with an added effect where I pound on the mirror from the inside. Was pretty difficult to edit out my real self and keep only the reflection.
4) Visible Music - An effect from the newest season of Heroes. Saw the effect done for the first time and tried it out the next day.
5) Compass Tattoo - Just a tattoo of a compass with a spinning needle. Nothing special here.
6) Super Speed - I've wanted to try this for a long time. Created using the echo effect in After Effects.
