  • @DailyPuffer Thanks. They're both wonderful smokers. Never a single gurgle out of either.

  • @hjrosasq Yeah, it did take me a while to get used to that extra protrusion when I went to take it out of my mouth.

Incidentally, was at CNU Angel last week smoking the old one and someone came to me and told me what an awesome pipe it was.

  • @PipeKorea It's a really cool shape and I love how easy they are to clean.

  • Hello Kevin,

thanks for the Vid and for sharing this truely intersting style. Never saw before....

    Take care

    Christian

  • As a character from a Carpenter film once said, "they ain't from Cleveland!"

Not all modern takes on pipe design are uninspired, and Chevalier pipes show precisely that. The simple choice of creating an independent channel beneath the bowl seems to allow improved cleaning and redirects the moisture to a place where it doesn't affect the quality of the smoke. Of course, this will only work on shapes possessing a certain horizontal orientation.

Thanks for showing us your precious pipe relics.

  • I'll be scared to death if I drop that beauty, as much as I don't find cavaliers my style... oh my if it would be painful if it falls. Cheers, Harvey
