Hiya Esther! (Or anyone who might be able to answer this question). I'm a beginner and I wanna work toward handstand and eventually scorpion pose. What should I focus on in my yoga practice so I can do this one day? What parts of my body should I strengthen? Thanks :)

It looks like the universe is trying to tell me something. All throughout the last week I was told by my aerial dance teachers that I need to get my shoulders stronger and suggested I should do more handstands. Then you come with this video! Well, I would be silly not to listen so... I will try this tutorial. Thanks a lot, Esther!!!
