I have seen half rotten frames and other atrocities getting restored and back on the road.
If a charger can have 4 wheels, an engine, and lap around a track, it can be restored, no matter how much work was done to make it "decent from a distance"
A piece of shit made decent enough to participate into a show and run around a track on it's own power is a restorable vehicle. No matter how much bondo you use, quarter panels are entirely replacable.
Stop jumping chargers.
