I won an auction for a Rivarossi Big Boy locomotive on EBay from Trainz several years back. It definitely wasn't a piece of junk and worked beautifully on my old layout. In addition, the CSR was outstanding. I goofed up with the shipping address/billing address, but the lady that I was dealing with worked with me, being VERY patient, and we were able to get things sorted out.

To All....Stay away from H&R Trains in Pinellas Park, Fla. They tried to bill me over $600.00 for minor repair and cleaning, a year and a half after items were brought in! Went to Small Claims Court, and there they accepted $200.00, which was basically what the repairs were worth....be guided accordingly!

Nothing personal but look up their id on ebay and look at the negatives, it seems this seller is notorious for cancelling auctions due to items not in stock or not wanting to sell the items at a low price, great business practices, look them up people, knowing trainz they will lie as usual, but I can attest to them screwing me last year with their customer service, luckily I paid through pay pal on ebay, I got a full refund and the item was returned

i can tell shes is reading a list on what to say for this video lol but trainz is a great place to buy from i got my first lionel postwar 212 santa fe alco powerd a unit from them and i realy nice lionel prewar 1668e loco and tender the 1668e have a bad e unit i called thay paid for the shiping back to them fixed the e unit and returnd it back to me with no B.S all thay are the bomb of lionel i dont care what anyone says 5 STARS!!!
