"And His Name Shall Be Called Wonderful"

Composer Sally DeFord has taken the famous verse from Isaiah and combined it with the talents of British vocalist James Loynes to praise the Saviour's birth and life. This song is the title track of a Christmas CD by James Loynes that is available at his website, www.jamesloynes.com.
The artwork in this video ranges from classic to contempary with works by Bloch, Rembrandt, LeSuer, Mazzola, Ghirlandato, Lemoyne and Teichert. My personal favorite is "Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane" by Carl Heinrich Bloch (1834-1890) picturing an angel tenderly embracing the Savior as he takes upon Himself the sins of the world. That particular painting touches my heart.
