In these stressful times it is important to connect to our Inner Source of Power, so that no matter what the external circumstances may be, we maintain a positive outlook. This is a part of a live SKYPE session with my client Natalya A. who was formerly a CEO of a company in Russia, but now has to deal with the challenges of her new homeland, Australia.
This is supposed to be coaching? It sounds more like mentoring or instructing; she is telling her client what to do - not clean coaching. What would it be like if she lets the client find her own answers and 'aha' insights? Would that not be much more empowering?
Just a thought.

"too much mind" as someone said in a movie ;)
I find that self-empowerment is lacking here, needs more feeling and genuine smiles ;) no offense ;P but it made me think that this is how a man(male) would do it: rationally... without inspiring and spreading and being self-empowered
this was a comment =)
