I find it funny that no one is listening to the fact that it is hilarious that someone cannot understand why they are getting fined for driving their golf cart on the street when it is ILLEGAL. Not looking at more than one side of something is what is so stupid.

Most HOA'S turn in Nazi run organizations who cant tolerate change. If you do not kiss their arse, you will be targeted the first time a weed pops up in your yard. We go out of our way to stay away from these goobers when buying property. The idea of individual freedom must be cast to the side whenever you buy into one of their areas. So glad congress is starting to limit the scope and power of these wacko's.

That's why you don't buy a house in an HOA community. I take them seriously enough not to buy a house with a HOA. City regulations in most good communities more than take care of protecting my property values. I don't need some busy body neighbor measuring they weeds in my lawn or when I can display an American Flags.

This chick obviously doesn't understand WHY people are complaining about HOAs. When I was looking to the buy the house we own now...I made sure there was NO HOA. I didn't want a lot of people looking over our shoulders. We are miltiary and have lived on base before, we did NOT want to continue having people fine us for not mowing the grass every week. This chick obviously doesn't know what she is talking about.
