oh god...u can eat this kind of bizarre recepes if you want but please...PLEASE...dont say they are italian...cos we DO NOT eat like that...if u ask to any italian guy what "parmesan" mean,they dont even know...

I understand that. I went to culinary school. You can't just bunch all Americans together in that thinking. And who really cares, I mean...really, if people think Parmesan is an Italian cheese? The Italians have their cheese, and we have ours. Get over it.

Where do you see me saying anything about it being Authentic Italian? All I was saying is that Chicken Parmesan doesn't typically use Parmesan as the main cheese.

He didn't made the recipe up...He is just showing how to give a healthier twist to the recipe. There are a lot of italian restaurants in USA that serve Chicken Parmesan...this is just so you know how to do it. He is not stealling anything...lol

give it a try, and put on some parmesan...when I make it I usually just top it with Parm cheese at the table...
