@bilalhabib2001 That's because those congressmen and senators were the ones that made it possible. Mr. Haqqani is a diplomat, his job is to facilitate and increase relations between the US and Pakistan. If that means sending mangoes to Congressmen and Senators, then that is what must be done. The sale of the mangoes is up to private sellers. So that means that private sellers will be responsible for the import of mangoes in the US. The Pak Gov is not involved.
