the raijin is actually ez to do, you just need to buffer it to start, but the last part is hard

It's hard to explain without proper symbols.
Check out DOA4's Sparring Mode with Hayate and look for the "Raijin" throw. ;)

Hayabusa does the Izuna Drop, Hayate the Raijin.
