20 minutes around the track will always beat 20 minutes in the stands.

someone with a PR of 18:37 has no right to tell someone with a 20 minute PR that they suck. when you get low 17s go ahead... but you're not that much faster.

Count to 90 seconds, and you'll see how much distance can be traveled in that time.

well here's a better one. my PR is 17:02. but you don't see me going around telling people they are slow.

this video inspires for more than just running. it can be inspiration for living life full and making it an adventure. making a difference is what we should all aspire to do and i seek to make a difference in the lives of others and to keep Jesus my Lord and Savior first in my life. life is a journey and to make it worthwhile, it has to be difficult for us sometimes. to learn we must do difficult things.
