whoever thumbed this down is most likely a fat ass. i'm surprised they could muster up the energy to thumb this down, i mean, they just burned at least half a calorie right there! (hint: it's a whole calorie if you hit thumbs up!)

This is great advice. =] I have a very slow metabolism, and these tips are great. I've tried very strict and very 'body-shocking' diets, and none have worked. I'm going to try out your tips and hopefully will see some awesome results. Thank you again.

@CatoMagumo Yes the body shock/strict diets can work for some but as soon as you stop you gain most if not all the weight back. Metabolism can be regained through vitamin supplements depending on your age and if you want to risk it, caffiene kinds of supplements. But you will start to feel better once the heavy calories get taken out. I myself can't do strict diets because hell I love to eat. (who doesn't?) so I find ways to cut it down or find alternatives that are just as good. Hope it helps!
