Made In: Liberia

Made In: Liberia is a non-profit organization committed to the eradication of poverty in Liberia. They empower women with the capital and technical assistance they need to operate small and medium sized businesses and in turn become agents of change in their communities.




Made In: Liberia supports the Liberian Womens Sewing Projects a vertically integrated cotton farm, textile plant, and t-shirt factory - owned and operated by women in Liberia. The pilot factory produces t-shirts and other cotton knit apparel. They are partners in a vertically-aligned supply chain that spans from Liberias rural cotton fields all the way to the Port of Monrovia.
