Great video...thanks

@redlerb I bought the gear shed so that there would be more room to go in and out while car camping. I think for the extra weight it would not be worth carrying it on most backpacking trips.

Good look-see of the tent. I was thinking about buying a gear shed but I think I would only use it on kayaking trips or two person WINTER hiking where we really needed gear space. Thanks again.

do you think a person could fit in the gear shed?
VAbackpacker 2 months ago
@VAbackpacker There is plenty of room for someone to sleep in there. As long as they don't mind the draft coming under the fly. I have had a nap or two in the gear shed during the day to get the cool breeze but stay out of the sun.

does the footprint cover the open ground in the gear shed?
backdraftmagnet 3 months ago
@backdraftmagnet The footprint does not cover the ground under the gear shed. I use a Integral Designs Siltarp 1 Tarp to cover the ground in the gear shed. I wish there was a footprint that would cover both but I have not found anything yet. The Integral Designs Siltarp is just the right size to fit in the space and if you peg it down or throw a couple rocks in the corners it works great! Hope that helps!

Thanks dude, appreciated this video. BTW, my cat hates tents!

@LlamaEnigma Thanks! This is the first tent my cat has ever seen. She was curious for a bit then went on to bigger and better things.
