Ice Fishing Bass Late January in New Hampshire

Made another trip up to New Hampshire in search of bass on the ice and definitely wasn't disappointed

We use both techniques, we mainly fish the same areas that we do in open water but generally go somewhat deeper

i live on island pond in NH ever fish there

Is that the same as Country or Great pond, Great pond where the State park is I have fished there many times but not since the winter kill a couple of years ago, has that lake come back yet, would love to fish there again

There are times where it gets tough as I was fishing by myself and the bigger fish came in shallow water so didn't have much time to get the camera going

@FRDMAN27 FRD what part of new hampshire i'm from manchester and i catch many bass through the ice both using live shiners on tip ups and jigging. make sure u are fishing about a foot above the water its usually better fishing down there.

whats your trick for bass? do you ever use tip ups or do you just jig? I also fish and live in NH but cant seem to get bass through the ice.
