I completely your anger about this. The cop went about it way wrong despite them needing to take more precautions now. I have a few cop friends, but the majority of them I don't give a shit about and I avoid at all costs. (Doesn't help I ride a motorcycle as my primary mode of transportation and it's loud.)
By all means you shouldn't have gotten the treatment you received. People need to learn their rights so they can kick these "super cops" in the dick when it's needed. Too many are crooked.

I had a Motocross bike stolen like 5 years ago, that was my shit. I get my car searched often for no reason. They haven't done shit about my bike but they want to look at my shit. All the time.
