  • @ZeppelinFloydRoses people tend to think the minor 3rd with the major 7th sounds kind of middle eastern. also the augmented 2nd between the minor 6th and the major 7th is kind of an unusual interval in western music. Basically: westerners are used to hearing Major modes and the blues scale.
