I raised all of my money. I went on this trip last year. I asked businesses to help sponsor me. By asking 75 businesses for $75, I made it. It was great, don't just blow this off.

i got invited to england, italy, and france for the summer of 2009 and its costs around 6500 dollars.
its pretty expensive and my parents wont help me pay,
is it really hard to raise the money?

One of things that you can do is show your Mom that you are responsible by doing your chores, school work, etc. without being reminded.Help more at home. You might still be immature in your Mom's eyes, I can understand that. A People to People program is an outstanding opportunity. Maybe it will happen in the future. Don't give up yet. Your Mom can contact any leaders, including me to discuss the program.
Hope it can happen for you some time soon.

im going on that trip but i had to get a job to get half but you should ask your parents if you could get a job in time and get half and ask if thay could give you the other half and that whould work.....

There were delegates that went to Australia, but were not in my Austalian delegation group.
