by law purchasing any items is not an agreement to any terms only a contract can binned parties to any kind of terms. of course it simple how know one has sued Microsoft for damages (banned x box) not many lawyers play x box

@oOirishwaffleOo ... You Do Realize That His Console Is Banned Correct? A Simple Change Of The IP Can't Do Shit. If It Were That Easy, Microsoft Might As Well Not Even Ban People, Because All They Would Have To Do Is Change Their IP Which Takes Literally 5 Minutes To Do.

it is easy as hell to unban your xbox 360 console and also if its stealth patched it is undetectable by xbox live so you can play online on any modded console i hope this helped smeone in a way

Called.. They said when I bought my xbox I agreed to the Terms and I violated them so there was nothing they could do.
