Bodybuilders Jonathan Irizarry & Cody Montgomery train, pose, contest prep

Two exceptional young bodybuilders hit the weight and practice posing in this five DVD set from MostMuscular.Com. Jonathan Irizarry,2009 NPC Teen nationals light heavyweight champion, serves as trainer for 16 year old Cody Montgomery, winner of the teen class at the 2010 NPC Europa Dallas Supershow, as Cody prepares for the 2011 NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic on April 2. Jonathan, meanwhile sets his sights on the 2011 NPC Collegiate nationals in Pittsburgh in July.

The series begins in January of 2011 and includes numerous workout sessions, mostly at Metroflex Gym Plano and also at Metroflex Gym Ft. Worth. Jonathan and Cody hit the weights with energy and enthusiasm and work on posing after most sessions. Watch the changes in both athletes' physiques as contest time approaches for Cody.
