The term UFO merely means UNIDENTIFIED Flying Object, That's all Mr Aldren said it was. Too many times UFO is directly construed to mean "Alien Craft".

It's also important to remember that during Aldrin's time we were in the middle of a "Space Race" with Russia. Russia would have no reason to keep us privy of their activities. It may very well have been a Russian satellite. It's also apparent by this film's use of cardstacking and anecdotal evidence that this is a video designed to have viewers believe Apollo 11 witnessed an alien craft.

Nonsense. That's an argument from incredulity. This approach, "I don't know what this is, so it must be a UFO." There are countless objects floating around the planet at any given time. Many of them even fall into our atmosphere.

You might not believe this, but I knew someone who worked on the Apollo program, and he told me of several incidents. One where an object followed the Saturn booster (at escape velocity), and another case of an object seen on the moon. I won't give all the details, but you might find talk of it elsewhere.
