This is the first part in my tutorial to make a news site similar to that of ProtonJon.com. Not necessarily the next wordpress, but it's mainly designed to teach the basics of PHP and MySql.

FYI... I am using a current version of Xampp and installed the mySQL. The table menu is a bit different. It appears the Auto Increment is a check box named A_I now. Here is the menu fields.
