Hahli was in her element underwater, which reflects in her model. She has a unique colour scheme (the dark blue and lime green) and a pair of wings which really set her apart from her other Toa of Water sisters.

Her colour scheme is made up of the infamous lime green (which breaks when handled too roughly) and a darker blue. This gives the impression of the seaweed, but overall they contrast too greatly to make the colour scheme look coherent. Had the darker blue been brighter, the lime green might have blended in better. It's even more disheartening that the canister doesn't really show any lime green at all.

Her weapon is good. It's not fantastic, but it's not bad. It's just mediocre. It looks good, but it doesn't really shine as anything special. The fact one of the fingers is misaligned from the others also makes it obscure and odd to imagine as claws. It's not the worst weapon a Toa has ever had, but it's not the best by a long way.

However her wings make up for the weapons failure. The wings add another two points of articulation (giving her 15) and are great to pose. Her wings makes her poses look dynamic and the wings themselves have immense MoCing potential. Nearly every MOC with wings has Hahli's wings as them.

The Cordak blaster works very well, but only if you load it underwater (credit goes to BZPOWER for finding that out) which gives it more pressure to fire from. This means the shots go further, with more force, and also leave a trail of water behind them. This makes the Cordaks a blaster that you needed to experiment with a bit to find the way they work properly.

Her mask is the Faxon, which allows her to copy powers of Rahi in her vicinity, but it doesn't look that great. The blue visor matches with the mask, so it doesn't look that great and with her red eyes behind it the whole mask looks very evil. This isn't a good thing for a hero. Her mask is also hindered in posability by the tubes that connect to it, meaning she can't turn her head without one of them popping out of place. Furthermore, she suffers from the 'reverse piraka' body design. This is probably to break away from the Inika mould, but it doesn't look that great when viewed from the front.

PROS
The wings are great
The Lime green is a good colour
Cordaks are a great launcher if you know how to fire them
Lots of points of articulation!

CONS
The dark blue doesn't go well with the lime green
The mask looks evil...which is bad for a hero
Lime green can break

She's good, and powerful, but her model is only saved by her wings from being mediocre.

9.2/10
