MCSO Takes My Camera at Gran Mercado Part II

Part II of MCSO taking my camera and deleting all files. Thank God for technology which allowed us to recover the footage. What gives the MCSO the right to seize a camera and delete all files including personal pictures and videos?

@1stsgthall It DOESN'T MATTER. He is in public, he has no reason to have any expectation of privacy. Furthermore, he has a freaking badge around his neck. If anyone were intent on killing an "undercover" (my ass) officer, they could just as easily snap a picture from a distance and walk away.
