  • It wasn't a very entertaining tournament in terms of the few teams that we're playing, but bear in mind that it was merely a "test run" for South Africa to determine how they would deal with problems in the 2010 world cup etc... So yeah... it was just a dress rehearsal, so it was understandably not that amazing...

  • wow i bet you're biting your tongue now.... The world cup is a major success and sour apples like you are rendered complete idiots... don't you feel like an ass now!!!!! suck on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOUTH AFRICA IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what a shit tournament that was;only small fry teams like sa,egypt & usa took it seriously

    LOL

  • To antzfourie: So why do you argue? Dont say one thing and then do another. Just show who is the real idiot.

  • no people can support whoever they want.

  • you utter piece of shit....dont eva call urself a south African...get fucked u cunt.... not gonna argue with a idiot

  • Actually that's not why I said that. The reason why I think it's a joke, is the foolishness of seeing the #1, #4 and #5 of the world competing against teams that are ranked #40, #72, #77, #82, what's the point in that? lol

That's also the reason that most football fans dont even know what the Federations Cup is, unless their country plays in it and I'm not joking. Winning the cup also has very little value, partly because of that.

  • I agree. Somebody obviosly fixed the whole group stage to favour SA. How come our group is weak and the other packed with star teams? Plus a day before the start of the Cup, the officials decided to strike just to squeeze out more money from government. Half the stadiums for the World Cup is not even finished

  • Indeed, a major joke
